📖 Know These Two Key Terms Before You Start

Period The days when you actually bleed each month. For most women this is 3–7 days. When we ask about your "period," we mean these bleeding days only.
Cycle The full month from the first day of one period to the first day of the next — including ovulation, the days before your period starts, and all the days in between. A typical cycle is 21–35 days.
Your age helps us give you the most accurate, relevant results.

Important: This screener is an educational tool, not a medical diagnosis. Results are based on self-reported symptoms and are designed to help you have a more informed conversation with your healthcare provider. Only a clinician can diagnose conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis, or fibroids — often requiring examination, imaging, and sometimes surgery. If you are in severe pain, please seek care promptly.
