These thirteen posters were generated by an AI image model. They are prompt artifacts built as teaching aids — not validated clinical references. Image generators render text as pixels, so expect occasional misspellings, invented values, and plausible-but-wrong differentials. Frequency and prognosis labels are qualitative teaching simplifications. Proofread every label against current ACOG / SMFM / ISUOG guidance and specialist consultation before any educational or clinical use.
What you are looking at
Every one of the thirteen posters follows the same structure. That consistency is not luck — it comes from a single reusable prompt with only two things swapped each time: the organ system and its ten conditions. Learn the recipe once and you can extend the series to any topic. These were built by Claude through iterative "vibe coding" and prompt refinement.
The reusable master prompt
Copy this, then replace the two highlighted variables. Everything else stays fixed — that is what makes all thirteen maps feel like one product.
Why each part is in the prompt
The schema is the whole trick. Naming every section forces the model to be complete, and fixed scales make all ten cards comparable.
Title + fixed subtitle. "Top 10 Fetal [System] Malformations" plus the unchanging line "Ultrasound Pattern Map: Key Findings, Differential Diagnosis, Frequency, Prognosis, and Work-up." The repeated subtitle locks the five deliverables and ties the series together.
Legend of ten "families." Forces the model to group the ten conditions into color-coded families and gives the poster a key.
Map key (line styles). Defines the visual grammar — common association, important differential, prognostic modifier, diagnostic pathway, imaging clue — so the arrows actually mean something.
Fixed Frequency and Prognosis scales. Four frequency levels (Common / Uncommon / Rare / Very rare) and four prognosis colors (green = favorable if isolated → red = lethal/near-lethal). Holding the scales constant makes every card on every map comparable.
Ten numbered cards with a fixed sub-schema. Each card repeats four labeled blocks — Ultrasound findings, Differential diagnosis, Frequency, Prognosis, Associated/Work-up — plus a small ultrasound thumbnail. The repeated card is what makes the posters a coherent set rather than thirteen one-offs.
Three icon strips. "Common Cross-Cutting Ultrasound Clues," "Core Work-Up," and "Prognostic Modifiers" carry the content that links the cards.
Abbreviations box + baked-in disclaimer. The cards are acronym-dense, so a key is required; the teaching-tool disclaimer is written into the prompt so it appears on every poster.
The prompt-engineering lesson
- A rigid, named schema repeated across prompts produces a series, not a pile of unrelated images.
- Fixed scales (4 frequency levels, 4 prognosis colors) make outputs comparable across topics.
- Reduce the variables to the minimum — here, only the system name and its ten conditions change. Everything you want to stay constant must be written down explicitly.
- Bake the disclaimer into the prompt so it can never be forgotten in the output.
The literacy caveat. Image models draw text as pixels and have no fact-checking layer. They will misspell terms, fabricate frequencies, and pair real conditions with wrong findings while looking authoritative. Treat these maps as illustrations of a prompt, not as evidence. Anything you would teach from must be verified by a clinician against current guidelines first.

Map 1 — the master index
Instead of ten cards, this poster indexes roughly one hundred malformations into eight organ-system columns. Its prompt is included on its gallery card.
Map 13 — maternal findings
The card sub-schema changes to Key ultrasound → Why it matters → Next step, and the bottom strip becomes "Maternal Factors to Consider." Its prompt is on its gallery card.
